You can return any unused items within 30 days of the date of delivery. YOU must contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery, or we will not accept the return. We only accept unused items in original packaging. If the item comes in it’s own packaging,  we will only accept a return if it is unopened. Do not try to return a used item. Even if you used it once, we will not take it.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MAY INCUR A RESTOCKING FEE.

How do I return an item?

1.Contact us via email, or phone within 30 days of the delivery of your items. Invest in Headies will then work with you on getting your item sent back to our store. We can provide a return shipping label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. Buyer’s are liable for all return shipping costs.

2.Package the items back in their original packaging(with a copy of the original invoice), and ship back
