Bill and the team at TSV treated us like royalty. Before the product arrived, Bill and team were helpful and were able to answer our questions around whether the TSV would work on 240V NZ/Australia. Can confirm, The UK version that we received works well in NZ/Australia. The TSV unit itself preheats quartz to the perfect temperature. It’s sturdy and well designed to dissipate the heat generated inside the unit. Display is in Celsius. This is a bit of kit thats been designed to last. Great work TSV
